Where are you based? Where are my orders coming from?

We are US based, all our Canvases are shipped from our Minnesota center. And our Framed Posters are shipped from our closest production center to you. Our centers are based in CA, Texas, and North Carolina.

How are the arts installed?

All our artworks arrive ready to hang with enclosed back and wire hanging kit included in the package or pre-installed back hanging.

What is the turnaround time for orders?

Our team takes pride in creating each artwork with meticulous care. The production time can vary, but we strive to ship out orders within 5-7 business days. Keep an eye on your email for shipping notifications and tracking information.

What if my artwork arrives damaged or with a mistake?

We take quality seriously, and we're here to make things right. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or with a mistake that was made on our end, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions for returns or exchanges, and your satisfaction is our top priority.
